I love the shades of brown in my home. It’s a warm rich color and blends so good with other shades and accents in my home. I love to add a little coral or pink like some fabric or candles. It’s like instant brightness and it’s beautiful with the brown artwork.

Brown is beautiful with complementary colors such as red or yellow-whites, dusky pink, lighter blue or sage green. The warmth of brown is associated with reliability, healing and strength. Brown associates with the earth, a calming and resilient element that keeps us quite grounded.

Friendships can be as deep as being in love. It’s always been second nature to me to show my love and appreciation for those related or not, through words. Maybe we have to tell our friends, family and partners more often “I love you”.
