Our beautiful oak wood frames are made from untreated, FSC certified solid wood.
Handmade by craftsmen in Europe, the frames come with real, flat 2mm-Floatglas for all sizes up to and including 50cm x 70cm. In size 70cm x 100cm, the frame comes with a 2mm crystal clear Plexi-glass.
As it is still a natural material, variations in color and texture may occur compared to the product images shown. Over time, all oak will slightly deepen in color. Note that prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause wood color to fade over time.
Don't forget to choose a matching tinystories art print and we will frame the artwork or you, so it is ready to hang.

I've always loved reusing materials,
treasures inherited from my grandparents,
brushes, ribbons, old paper,
each piece holding its own memory.
For this abstracted landscape,
I layered their antique paper,
mixed with papers found in Canada,
and cut-outs from old paintings,
weaving old worlds into new ones.
Dream away,
in this coral and chocolate landscape,
where every fold and fade,
still whispers of those who came before.

I love to paint ‘en plein air’, outdoors in nature and when I’m traveling. The process of painting is very intuitive, and the colors, texture, the emotion, discovering & interpreting surrounding inspire me. Color is often one of the most exciting components in my paintings.
Walking in Marrakesh is eye time for me. Seeing a world full of colors. Food for my soul.

In Asia flowers have a deeper meaning, and the Frangipani flower is considered as an essence from nature that brings enlightenment and kindness. There are so many frangipani trees in our neighborhood here in Bandung.
Every morning, very early, when the air is still fresh, we make a walk, and I love to collect the fallen flowers.
There are some things, that just smell so good: coffee, jasmin, orange blossoms, and frangipani flowers.
This painting is a lovely memory of my love for Java and frangipani flowers.
