Love to paint landscapes and flowers ‘en plein air’, outdoors. The sun is going, clouds are moving, animals are flying around… Love the process of observing, listening, the brush strokes, and mixing the colors.
Painting landscapes is a beautiful thing for your eye to travel through. It’s more then just painting the scene, I really want to feel it through painting.
When I paint, I feel it and I get into it.
Landscape and flower paintings are bringing the peace of nature into our homes and calm our souls, and inspire you to live a life connected with nature.

Dreaming. Embracing the quiet of the night before the day begins.
Following the light. Embracing every part of the journey listening and learning. Sometimes the story unfolds different, but that doesn’t mean less beautiful…
Trusting the process. Free to try again, appreciating the unexpected.
So much passion. Open heart seeing more, my feet on the ground.
Stillness reminds me this present moment. My mind and harmony with my heart embracing the stillness Loving embrace.

The sun rises
and the morning dew unveils its magic.
Shimmering droplets
adorning the earth with nature's jewels.
A moment of purity and rejuvenation.
Pause, reflect,
and cherish the beauty of the world.
I love the early morning dew on the flowers and fields sourrounding my home. Touched by the first sun strokes, they shine so brightly and create a magical atmosphere.

Love to paint on old bookpaper and old faded paper, painting with japanese brushes and twigs, using thin layers of ink & paint. Old paper sucks up the ink and paint quickly, giving the paintings an open and transparent look. After a few hours the ink and paint begins to spread a bit, blurring previously sharp lines, and figures become distorted, love this mysterious and dreamy feeling.

I painted this artwork with natural pigments from Roussillon which have been used since prehistoric times for the walls of the caves. In 1780, Jean Etienne Astier from the village of Roussilion discovered after processing ochre became an inalterable and non-toxic dye. Walking the Ochre trail was a magical experience where I visited this small village and bought the paint. Back in my atelier I created this artwork.
