The city awakens slowly.
Quiet mornings, the first stirrings of life,
the warm scent of fresh bread
drifting through the alleys.

Soft rose-colored light,
and the patina along the old walls.
With every small gate I pass,
a new view unfolds,
the light guiding me further in.

Then comes the beautiful square,
where the palm trees cast
their long morning shadows.

I love these gentle mornings… when the whole day still lies open before me.

I met her in a quiet village far away in the mountains,
a place so remote, untouched by time.

We did not share a language, yet we understood each other
through eyes, through gestures, through silence.

I tried to capture her gaze,
her presence held in soft brown tones, like earth and memory.

A portrait of connection, beyond words, beyond distance.

Shades of nude and pink,
cut from vintage paper,
gathered along forgotten roads.

Fragments of stories,
handwritten memories,
whispering through the layers.

Rolling hills, gentle waves,
and distant horizons emerge,
dreamed into being one piece at a time.

This artwork is inspired by Aamer, whose quiet strength has stayed with me. Created from layers of found and weathered paper, it brings together fragments with their own histories and textures.\n\nLike memories gathered over time, these pieces form a larger whole. A reflection on resilience, memory, and the enduring strength found in bringing the fragments of a life together.

Painted in Tasmania's quiet, wild light,
The Song of Trees took shape,
its branches telling stories of wind and time,
its roots humming of earth, water, and sun.

A painting that holds the voice of a forest,
a song of memories, movement, and life,
echoing through the landscape long after
the light has faded.

Longing for summer days,
beneath lilac skies, soft and dreamlike.

A warm breeze, like a gentle caress,
brushing softly against the skin.
Her silhouette sways,

carried by the same breeze,
lost in a quiet rhythm.

A moment of stillness,
painted in shades of

Painted in soft hues,
it feels like a memory of warmth.

The flowing colors ground me,
calming the mind like early morning light.
It's as if I can smell the fresh air,
feel the earth beneath my feet,
and sense the soft light brushing
gently against my skin.

Barefoot in touch,
I feel grounded and at peace.

Inspired by the Wadden islands and the Dutch coast, where skies are wide and the sea feels endless.\n\nSoft winds move over quiet sandy shores, bringing a feeling of peace and belonging. A gentle memory of home.

Spring is here,
the season of new beginnings,
where doors open
and bright colors return.

Made from layered paper
and soft torn textures,
a blush of coral rests.

A small reminder
that beauty often begins
in the simplest of things.

Autumn leaves fall like gold,
the winds of change begin to blow.

She is like a beautiful, bright autumn day,
with golden hair and eyes blue like the sky.

Autumn brings early sunsets and magical,
damp mornings.

The sun casts beautiful rays of light
through the misty trees.

Pastels whisper in the soft colours of nature, a gentle palette filled with warmth, dreams, and feeling.

With caramel, blush, and delicate pastel hues, a world of imagination unfolds, where every gaze discovers something new.

Memories of Tasmanian bays,
in shades of pale blue,
lilac, and grey.

Quiet waters holding the colours of a calm horizon.

A little bay,
tucked away in memory.

I love how silence listens,
how stars are lit at night,
and dewdrops gently glisten.

The heart is like a bird,
free to spread her wings,
soaring through the sky,
flying away and feeling free.

In the peace of nature, all love is born,
let's spread the love,
and let hope glow brightly.

I'm inspired by nature's shapes,
the mountains and the trees,
the flowers blooming around me.

And by the underwater world,
where coral wonders bloom,
in shades of orange and pink.

Tall palm trees rise,
against a glowing sunset,
painted in those same warm hues.

There is a magical touch imparted by the flowers and their softness. I think it has a positive influence on our minds. From printed to real flowers, let your home bloom anew with this painting.

I love to wander through the streets of Kyoto.\n\nShe is like an ancient goddess, in a flowing silk kimono adorned with blossoms.\n\nHer silhouette moves gently, like petals caught in the breeze.

Layers of vintage paper,
each holding a story of its own.

A delicate figure emerges,
painted in soft golden light.

Every fold and faded mark
whispers of the past,
quietly revealing her timeless beauty.

Morning sunlight,
beauty found in the serenity of silence.

Portraits express
our deepest emotions,
thoughts, and feelings.

They create an experience,
allowing us to find clarity
and connect with the artwork
on a deeper level.

This abstract is created in memory of the beautiful serene Kyoto. “Kasshoku” means brown and I love Kyoto with its traditional brown wooden houses and the temple surrounded by cherry blossom trees.

Tiare, the fragrant flower,
worn in the hair,
a symbol of beauty and welcome.

A quiet memory
of island days,
carrying the spirit of the islands
in every woman who wears its bloom.
