A portrait painting of Tresor who reminds me of a picture in my grandmother’s old family photobook. When closing my eyes, I still remember all photos in there. I see the beautiful garden, the little village and those sweet memories feel like a warm hug from the past. Who does Tresor remind you of?

Trees are magical and autumn is the season to let go. “Our present situation is the result of all the things we have left behind” and the trees that release their leaves during fall are a wonderful reminder. They whisper “Next season, we all will get new leaves and you will too.”

In Japan the ginkgo’s fan-shaped leaf has caried symbolism along with its singular beauty: A symbol of growth, protection, peace, strength and hope, a symbol of longevity and a symbol of love.

Ginko is also associated with duality, a concept that recognizes the feminine and masculine aspects of all living things, ying and yang. In mythology, it’s the tree of live while the leaf is the symbol for love. Thus, a lovely gift for yourself or a loved one.
