Soft whispers in the gentle breeze.

The meadow glows as day’s begun.

The beauty in each flower’s face.

A peaceful, colorful embrace.

Slowly opening, revealing to the world.

Dancing in the morning light.

A world of wonder.

Love to paint landscapes and flowers ‘en plein air’, outdoors. The sun is going, clouds are moving, animals are flying around… Love the process of observing, listening, the brush strokes, and mixing the colors.

Painting landscapes is a beautiful thing for your eye to travel through. It’s more then just painting the scene, I really want to feel it through painting.

When I paint, I feel it and I get into it.

Landscape and flower paintings are bringing the peace of nature into our homes and calm our souls, and inspire you to live a life connected with nature.

Through transparent layers of lace,

I breathe in the gentle sounds of the sea,

listening slowly to the beautiful silence.

My arms float,

softly veiling my face,

gazing far into the distance.

Stillness unfolds,

and clarity drifts in like morning light.

It is in silence that my thoughts become clear…

Once on a beautiful autumn day a gorgeous canvas of golden ginkgo leaves carpeted our street. Beautiful yellow golden leaves everywhere. A magical feeling which was captured in this painting.

In Japan the ginkgo's fan-shaped leaf has carried symbolism along with its singular beauty: a symbol of growth, protection, peace, strength and hope, and a symbol of longevity as the tree can live for a thousand years.
